My first thought is simple, how are you going to use this knife?  
a. for use and carry everyday (EDC)  
b. collect, place into a collection never to be used or carried.  
c. heavy duty work knife , hard use and carry daily. many collectible knives are made to be used in hard working conditions.  Its just your choice of what you want to use everyday.

Do you want a small knife less than 3 inches closed to carry?
